Poop, saying something to your health
Poop (pooping) keeps the body healthy, its the way the body gets rid of waste and toxins naturally.
Nobody likes to talk about poop, infact some don't even dare look in the water close when the 'deed' is done but did you know regularly checking out your poop could save your life?

You
should check regularly for consistent changes as the state of your poop
is usually a strong pointer to overall health. Note these changes in
your poop and what they indicate:
1. Poop that come hard and in pieces
Poop that come hard in pieces are usually strong indicators of being dehydrated Dr Temitayo Amao shares. He says "if your stool comes in hard pellets, shaped like lumpy sausage, it could be a sign of constipation or being dehydrated". He however warned that trying to force out hard poop isn't good for health as it result to hemorrhoids.
He advised that increasing water intake, eating foods rich in magnesium and fibre would help ease this.
2. Red Poop can be a sign of bleeding in the intestinal tract!
Passing
out red poop consistently is a cause for concern as it could indicate
bleeding in the lower intestinal tract, cancer, colon inflammation and
other serious health issues. If however this stops in days, it may be as
a result of a coloured/particular food you ate.
