Do You Know About This ?

IBB built a military facility right in the middle of Sambissa that has been in use by Boko Haram and refused to let Nigerians know even when he knew Sambissa was under Boko Haram control?

And a facility built by IBB in Sambissa has been in use by Boko Haram for ages. My question to the army is "are you people even aware of all where your guns and everything military are in Nigeria?
Is there proper data and map showing these things?"
 
How come IBB did not tell Burantai and co that there is a military facility right in the middle of Sambissa, even when he knew Sambissa was under Boko Haram control?
