Tips on how your nails can grow faster

What’s there not to love about long nails?! They add to your fingers’ appeal and with the right application of shine and nail paint, your fingers could look cute and pretty. 

It’s understandable that fingernails have slow growth and is also prone to breakage, splitting and other nail problems. However, all these things can be fixed with a healthy diet, adequate care for your fingernails and the use of some natural home remedies.
Coconut oil
Coconut oil contains essential nutrients that are quite effective in ensuring your nails stay strong and moisturized. This essential oil also cures nail defects and strengthens the cuticles; massage your nails with extra-virgin coconut oil for 10-15 minutes and leave it overnight.
Orange juice
The vitamin C contained in oranges boost collagen production which keeps your nails healthy. Soak your nails in organic orange juice for few minutes, rinse off with warm water and moisturize. Repeat this regularly for quick results.
Biotin 
If you don’t like popping pills in your mouth, you can take biotin-rich foods such as eggs, carrots, tomatoes, cucumber, milk, whole grains, nuts, etc. Biotin is one essential vitamin that enhances the growth of nails and even works in encouraging hair growth.
