Your parents are my co-workers – Shatta Wale tells Timaya

Fans thought they had seen the best of epic shades when Timaya responded to Ghanaian singer Shatta Wale’s rants about him not being worthy to be called a dancehall act. But it turns out Shatta has come up with an, even more, epic jab.

It happened few hours after Timaya claimed ignorance of who Shatta Wale is via Facebook live. In the video, Timaya said he heard the name Shatta Wale on the internet but never knew there existed a human being called Shatta Wale.

The Dancehall act quizzed whether Shatta Wale was a plumber or a shoemaker after his fans asked him to produce a diss track for the Ghanaian act who has for some time now been on the case of Nigerians musicians. Obviously, he has some issues with Nigerian singers and was having a good time shading them until Timaya blasted him mercilessly.

Timaya’s shade landed on the self-acclaimed Ghanaian dancehall king’s wrong nerve and he’s hit back at Timaya via a new song directed at Timaya. In the song, Shatta Wale accepts been a shoemaker but insists that the father and the mother of Timaya are his mates in the shoemaking business. Jeez!!! I wonder how Timaya is going to take this.
