ANGER MANAGEMENT


Anger is the strong emotion you feel when you supposed that someone has behaved unseemly, cruel, or unacceptable way to you. E-mtion means energy in motion. Once you are provoked, the energy begins to move in direction of the offense. Anger comes on you when your supposed expectation did not turn out as planned.

Anger management is a set of guidelines that are designed, orchestrated  to help you control. and overcome your anger. Anger is an emotion with bad odour. It should not be harboured in your life to avoid wrecking you down. The odour expels every good thing around you and keeps you in an uncomfortable state of mind. At this time, high amount of energy in you is used up. 
The bible said that anger in the heart breaks the spirit but a merry heart produces a cheerful countenance. Choose to be happy in your heart no matter what happens to you. Offenses  must come but you must manage it wisely. Don't allow it to get to your heart.

Angry man stirs up strife but he that is slow to anger appeases strife. Be slow to anger.
Don't say it has been your pattern. No! It is of the devil. Heaviness in the heart of a man makes him to stoop but a merry heart does good like medicine. Why do you buy drugs for headache when it anger that caused it. Instead, turn off anger and turn On happiness.

HOW TO MANAGE YOUR ANGER
  1. Be happy always.
  2. Answer everyone softly not grievously.
  3. Be quick to listen but slow to speak.
  4. Make hilarious people your friends.
  5. Study the word of God.
  6. Don't think on offenses.
  7. Don't stay alone when you are anger.
  8. Share your ordeal with somebody and don't carry it alone.
